Tennant Company needed a theme designed for their annual Global Sales Meeting, attended by hundreds of people across North America, South America, Europe, Asia and Australia. The company had set a goal the previous year to start a journey towards being a $1 Billion company…however, a number of economic issues had significantly hindered the journey recently. Tennant needed to reinvigorate their sales force with the message that despite the economic downturn, they were still focused on their goal. A mountain climbing theme was a great metaphor: even though there may be tough parts of the climb, we will persevere and still reach the summit. Three original concepts were presented and this was chosen for a logo design, posters, signage, PowerPoint templates and more. Everyone gave positive feedback and really got into the theme, even taking fun photos with mountain climbing gear!
